During launches, sales, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping

We currently ship within Puerto Rico and the United States.

Orders are typically delivered within 2–10 business days after shipment, depending on the destination and shipping carrier.

Shipping times may vary during holidays, high-demand periods, or carrier delays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping information is correct before completing your purchase.

FABIÉ is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once packages are handed over to the shipping carrier, FABIÉ is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen packages.

However, we will always do our best to assist you with any shipping concerns.

Local Pickup Policy

FABIÉ offers local pickup for customers located in Puerto Rico.

Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification with pickup instructions. Most orders are ready for pickup within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

Please note the following:

• Customers must present their order confirmation email when collecting their order.
• Pickup details will be provided after the order is confirmed.
• Orders should be collected within 7 days of receiving the pickup notification.
• If someone else will be collecting your order, please notify us in advance.
• If you need to reschedule your pickup, please contact us as soon as possible.
• FABIÉ is not responsible for orders that are not collected within the designated timeframe without prior communication.
